All sales of digital download products are FINAL. No refunds will be issued for digital products once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
Refunds for the Initial Assessment will be handled as follows:

Weekly Consultations are recurring weekly charges covering three 30-minute sessions per week. The following refund terms apply:

| Less than 4 Business Days before next weekly payment | A 30% fee will be deducted from any refund issued |
| After consultation has been conducted at agreed upon time | No refund issued for that week's services |
Clients must cancel at least 4 Business Days before the following week's scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Fasting To Live will issue a full refund if the account is debited within the allowable cancellation window.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize the applicable charges to your payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fasting To Live and Patrice Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fasting To Live in the 30 days preceding the claim.
